SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Dreamour products worldwide. Free ground shipping is provided in USA and Canada for all orders over $100. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day and tracking will be provided. International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees. If you any special circumstances, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders placed before 1:00 EST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 EST, or on weekends, will be dispatched on the following business day. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.

RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Please carefully review all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible. However on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit, please email info@dreamour.com with a photo of the breakage.
