WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

WE ACCEPT CREDITS OR EXCHANGES. 


Please carefully review all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit please email info@dreamour.com.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE?

Due to the handcrafted bespoke nature of our custom-made glass candles, it is possible that the candle you receive will not be exactly the same as what you see on our website. The colour tones and shapes slightly vary. What you receive is a truly unique object of art. When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2- 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
Dreamour can not be held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address. we are only insured up to the point of delivery. You may be requested to pay import duties, customs and sale taxes. Please check the policies relating to your country.

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME ONCE YOU ORDER?

Orders placed before 1:00 EST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 EST, or on weekends, will be dispatched on the following business day. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.
