Due to the handcrafted bespoke nature of our custom-made glass candles, it is possible that the candle you receive will not be exactly the same as what you see on our website. The color tones and shapes slightly vary. What you receive is a truly unique object of art. When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2- 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. 
All postage costs are explained in detail below but please be aware that Dreamour can not be held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address. we are only insured up to the point of delivery.
